Currently there are a few images in admin console, which has English text in
it. For example, the "Log Out" image in the upper-right corner. There are a few
more, all in the
"plugins/console/console-portal-driver/src/main/webapp/images". If we want to
make the admin console fully globalized, we need to eliminate these images and
replace them with translatable text.
