1.Uninstall welcome-tomcat module
2.Install welcome-tomcat car plugin via command: deploy.bat deploy
install-plugin c:\welcome-tomcat-2.2-snapshot.car
It shows Installation Completion already, but in fact , from server backgroud
console, it failed to install this plugin, also not exist in repository
