When creating an APR connector, both sslCertificateFile and
sslCertificateKeyFile are essential attributes. However, the latter one is not
regarded as a focused field present. I suggest moving up sslCertificateKeyFile
just after sslCertificateFile in admin console, and setting it as one of the
required attributes.
