First, I doubt that many people used gsh for anything. Second, there will be
plenty of other things that the user will probably need to deal with when
switching to Geronimo 3.0. So not providing gsh scripts is not a big deal as
long as we provide alternative ways of doing things (e.g. via ssh or telnet).
