Now under samples/, it seems like these:
all-samples -- a shortcut to install all samples as geronimo plugins
daytrader -- copy from daytrader trunk and start maintain the code in samples
javaee5 -- samples to demo java ee 5 features
javaee6 -- samples to demo java ee 6 features
osgi -- samples to demo OSGi features
