Some headers aren't supposed to be duplicated and are rejected from certaines
servers, like Google for example.
Aside from 'Received' and 'Returned-Path' others must not be duplicated.
Cc and Bcc can sometimes be duplicated but they are often treated the same way
as To for consistency. This is what we'll do.
