GORA-246v4 patch Committed @revision 1547591 in GORA_94 branch HEAD.
[~hsaputra] I totally acknowledge your comments on dev@ regarding waiting for
reviews by committers however I am keen to drive this on and stabalizing the
GORA_94 branch is my main priority right now. Once we get it stable I will
write to the list and we can discuss in full the proposed changes to trunk.
