The Gora DOAP wraps the 'release' elements in a 'releases' element, but
'releases' doesn't exist in the DOAP RDF vocabulary, so that is invalid.
This is probably why the releases are not showing up correctly in
[https://projects.apache.org/project.html?gora] and
https://projects.apache.org/json/projects/gora.json.
