JDK can be used in production with Kafka, and not what you need to build/test

   Thanks, I see your point. Since unit and integration tests are the main 
validation method for a JDK, the `testWithJava25` task demonstrates that JDK 25 
is suitable to replace JDK 23 in our production guidelines

limited validation and support is best-effort.
   
   I'm in favour of this version.
