Additional IzPack jar required for geronimo build

Geronimo makes use of extended features of the installer which normally require
changing the base
standalone-compiler.jar. However, since we don't want to have geronimo
specific code in this jar
and because we don't want to put the modified standalone-compiler.jar into the
geronimo repository,
a way has been worked out to leave the izpack jars intact while still enabling
extenion.
However, this requires the addtion of one extra jar into the izpack repository.
The installer.jar is actually contained
inside the standalone-compiler jar, but when using maven, there's no easy way
to do a dependency
on a jar within a jar (at least not that I've found). Hence, we are uploading
this extracted jar.
