This is a special, modified version of xerces specifically for Enhydra XMLC and
comes bundled with the XMLC distribution.
The compiled jar inside the bundle is the original distributed Jar, except that
it contains the extended META-INF stuff that gets generated when a package is
built by Maven. Didn't want to risk anything by using my self-compiled version,
so I chose the pre.packaged classes. Compiles perfectly with the given POM.
