In embedder 2.0.3 after executing:
mavenEmbedder.execute(mavenProject, goals, eventMonitor, transferListener,
properties, f.getParentFile());
Both mavenProject.getCompileSourceRoots() and
mavenProject.getTestCompileSourceRoots() does not contain source roots that
supposed to be added by
