Cool - this should probably be merged with the eclipse plugin (maybe we can add a flag <rational>true/false</rational>. I've registered a related issue: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MECLIPSE-136 (for the normal eclipse natures). which could be extended with the stuff you provide.
