Vincent,
Please release against parent v3 and publish the site using v4. It's
unfortunate, but we need to resolve the requirement on a snapshot
version of the plugin plugin and maven first.
I'll do that when I get back from holidays unless someone beats me to
it.

There has been a lot of changes in the javadoc plugin, and last
release was in march. Can we go for a new one? This is a question
mostly for Vincent Siveton, which has done a lot of work in the
plugin.
