Sorry, didn't see plugin there (too early, pre-coffee). Yes, it's a
snapshot and it will stay a snapshot until we try it with a few
releases. Yes, it should probably have tests, but given we have 5
ways to test plugins that needs to be sorted out as well. An email
for early next week. So we're just going to live with it until we get
past this burst of releases.

allowed (I am not sure if the release plugin will detect a snapshot
dependency in a profile from a parent pom, but usually it should not
allow you to release anything).
We should probably wait for a release of the remote resources plugin
(ping Jason for that) and then update the parent pom...
