Take a look at 0111 and make sure you're doing the same where the
extension is installed first and then the project executed. You'll
see in 0111 we are executing the verifier more then once. I'll take a

Look at 0111 isn't that what you are doing? Loading a resource from
an extension? 0111 is a checkstyle example.
