Ok, I'll hold back the other 295 proposals for a while :-)
If there's no responses, that's fine - but it's a better medium
for discussion and we may be able to use that to improve them up
front (or cull really bad ideas :)

I've added everything to the Wiki [1], and I'll try to keep them up
to date over the next weeks :-) if there are any respones. Also,
while being so heavily kissed by the muse, I have started a "Newbie
Developers' FAQ for Maven". Is there a place where I can put it?
