hello,

Today I post /v2/apps (marathon api) to start a docker container (network type 
BRIDGE) and then I got common ip address when I posted.

the env  is ：mesos-1.0.0 + marathon-v1.1.1  then  I try to use  mesos-0.28 is 
ok.
