This doesn't seem to accomplish anything. My HTML certainly isn't pretty as a
result of using it. We have received several complaints of this feature not
working on the user's list. Given that there are numerous plugins to help deal
with formatting HTML I don't think its worth the time and effort to make this
feature work properly.
