Situation:
Tree2 is inside a div autoflow.
for each node in the tree, there is a popup.
Symptom
Popup doesn't overlap IFrame.e.g. when hover over the tree node, there are two
windows pop up, one is IFrame, the other is popup. popup does not cover Iframe.
