The datascroller always renders an empty table even if none of the pager facets
are present. For example

lastRowIndexVar="lastRowIndex"
styleClass="pager-part">
<h:outputText value="Some Text"></h:outputText>
</t:dataScroller>
This JSF produces the following HTML:
Some Text<table class="pager-part"><tr></tr></table>
The empty table is not required.
