Girish Vaghjiani commented on TOMAHAWK-53: ------------------------------------------ Has anyone looked at this issue yet? The problem is down to the JSCookMenu referencing dummyForm in MyFacesHack.js Also it is stated in the release notes for tomahawk 1.1.3 that: "Starting with this release the dummyForm has been deprecated. This means, any commandLink/commandButton/navigationMenu etc not embedded in an form will throw an exception. We've decided to do so to make MyFaces JSF applications more inter-operable with the JSF RI." It is clearly stated that the JSCookMenu is to be embedded in a form, however the WIKI for the JSCookMenu states otherwise: http://wiki.apache.org/myfaces/JSCook_Menu > Problem with JSCookMenu and SUN's RI > ------------------------------------ > > Key: TOMAHAWK-53 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMAHAWK-53 > Project: MyFaces Tomahawk > Type: Bug > Components: JS Cook Menu > Environment: Java 1.5 / 1.4, Oc4J 10.1.2.0.1, Windows XP, Linux > Reporter: Daniel Löbbe > Attachments: JSCookMenu and SUN's RI.htm > > The jsCookMenu does not work properly with the JSF reference implementation > from Sun. There seems to be issues concerning the form used to submit menu > requests. > For more details, see the attached mail thread. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
