java.util.AbstractMap (as well as AbstractSet, etc) have very useful default
implementations of toString() which are extremely handy for debugging.
org.apache.myfaces.context.servlet.AbstractAttributeMap implements Map directly
without providing an implementation of toString().
Extending AbstractMap (and AbstractSet where appropriate) would be the simplest
way to approach this (and could be used to reduce the size of
AbstractAttributeMap.)
