Html Editor not rendoring correclty

I started updating the MyFaces jars from 1.1.1 to 1.3 and ran in to a problem
with the inputHtml tag not rendering the html editor as it did in 1.1.1. What I
get is partially rendered editor with the following in the text box. Perhaps I
configured something incorrectly?
