Pages with using Dojo display as blank with Firefox 2.

Any page that has a component that uses the Dojo toolkit (inputSuggest, ...)
displays as blank under firefox.
For example in the myfaces-example-simple, all the pages under the Dojo
integration section display as blank.
A view page source shows the normal page source.
