I just opened an official vote thread since this is an upgrade on the Tomahawk core.
I ran some tests to test dojo 0.4.1, and I think we can move the codebase from 0.4.0. to 0.4.1 Since this is a major upgrade on the Tomahawk core. I wanted to open this official vote thread. So if no one has objections we could now push the 0.4.1 bugfix release in. Werner
