I've updated the dojo api used in FacesIO extension to be compatible with the
0.4.x. In addition when FacesTransport is loaded and added to
dojo.io.transports, I've set it as the first transport in the available
transports lists(dojo.io.transports) otherwise plain XMLHTTPTRANSPORT was used
for the ajax request resulting FacesTransport to be ignored. With this
components like inputsuggestajax and tablesuggestajax are working again when
state saving is set to client mode.
