org.apache.myfaces.context.portlet.PortletExternalContextImpl should get chosen
in a portlet environment and since default SecurityContextImplementation uses
ExternalContext instance it'll refer to this PortletExternalContextImpl. So
I'll expect default implementation to work with portlets too. Stephan, have you
tried the default security context implementaton with portlets?
