It would be usefull to have out of the box functionality to select the
rendered/showed columns in a <tc:sheet>. For example an icon could be rendered
in the sheets header. On clicking the item a popup appears where all columns of
the sheet are listed and the "show"-attribute can be switched on / off by an
booleanCheckBox.
