All day event should be displayed on the top of the schedule in day view mode.

In Google Calendar or MS Outlook, all day event are always on the top in
dayview mode.
But now in day view mode, all day evnet is displayed vertically, it looks
strange, and it will occupy a lot of space in the component.
So I think the Schedule component should support this feature.
