selectOneRadio ignores SelectItem's escape attribute

selectOneRadio always escapes every option. However SelectItem has an "escape"
attribute that should be honored.
(Have to check the other tags based on SelectItems, too.)
If a committer is willing to review a patch, I can create one.
See screenshot for a simple test:
First group is rendered by tr:selectOneRadio, second group uses the same value,
but is rendered by h:selectOneRadio
