The test-webapp project, was never released (and actually is not
included on release lifecycle), because it started as a project to test
jsf 1.2 new features.
Ok thanks for the clarification that was the reason why I was asking
upfront. Then i wont change anything, I will just add the jboss repo
locally for my testing purposes (the test webapp was the one affected by
the broken jstl reference)
