That would be great. I thought on such a plugin too, please Keep in mind, that we Need it for C/C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP and what NetBeans also Support. Maybe HTML XML too but could be optional.
If this is not possible, with a 3rd Party plugin, because you have to get the JS, PHP C/C++ Parser Tokens to identify private, public, functions, members, classes etc. (This is, AFAIK, only possible for Java).
