The "class" of events, yes, we should discuss that as a community.

To me, each Apache NetBeans Day should at least:

1. Have its opening keynote focus on the current state and roadmap of
NetBeans.
2. Have all demos done throughout the event in NetBeans.
3. Must be discussed/notified via the Apache NetBeans dev mailing list.

I think that's the only constraints one could define -- i.e., the sessions
or workshops in an Apache NetBeans Day can cover any technology at all,
i.e., they could be about Spring Boot or Java or JavaScript or any
technology at all -- so long as, if any demos are done, they must be done
in NetBeans.

The 3rd item above is to make sure there's some communication with this
mailing list and to ensure that some random person out there without any
connection to Apache NetBeans at all can't independently set up an Apache
NetBeans Day, i.e., there needs to be some minimum level interaction with
the official mailing list and community.

Are there any thoughts/comments about this?
