We can’t. However, we can certainly have the IDE download plugins per the users 
directions, and I think the plugin portal needs to be more flexible in that it 
pulls releases from the authors release locations (just a binary), and have 
better schemes for contributing and validating download sources, and making 
that safe.

We can certainly reference other projects from our documentation if other

The plugin portal also offers an opportunity for this.
