I downloaded VC3 as was recommended and am a little confused (I am new to this part of apache with respect to VC). I run netbeans, but I notice many of the plugins I used previously are not available. Is this part of the VC process in that it is only regarding certain aspects of NB? Thanks for the help and sorry if I am asking silly questions.
