Signatures and digests are ok LICENSE, NOTICE, DISCLAIMER look good to me. DEPENDENCIES looks good and includes clarifications for optional or compile-time only GPL dependencies. I didn't find any problematic binary files in the archive, although they are many of them, using the "file" command to analyze them, at https://gist.github.com/bdelacretaz/4d6daef16e3b4d373e343c8ccafbc6a1 Build with "ant" and then "ant tryme" passes and starts the IDE. Build with "ant rat" passes. The exclusions list at nbbuild/rat-exclusions.txt is long but well commented.
