Thanks everyone for the responses, thus far.  I agree that even if there is a 
small changeset between NetBeans 8.2 and Apache NetBeans 9.0, there are enough 
differences to add value.  Also just a book including Apache NetBeans in the 
title is a must.  Id be happy to author a chapter is we decide to have a 
community-written book.  Would also be beneficial to include a chapter on 
contributing, building from source, etc..
