Netbeans gradle plugin releases can be downloaded manually from here: https://github.com/kelemen/netbeans-gradle-project/releases There is one release there for Netbeans 9 already. Once the new plugin portal is has it, I assume it will be downloadable through Netbeans just as it was in previous versions.
