Thanks Laszlo for adding that. fyi, I've added Option 6, to review and implement the proposal on that NbmPackageStability page. Having read through again, it's close enough to what I was thinking, and probably a lot more informed and worked out! I don't think this issue can / should be separated from other module system thoughts floating around at the moment though.
