Hi all,
So, what about asking users for help with this? Instructions for users
could be:
1) Select a module from [1] that has been tagged with "user-help".
2) Send an email to the mailing list with subject "[user-help]" stating
your name and that you agree to donate your review to the Apache
Software Foundation.
3) Wait a while until your name and email gets added as a reviewer in
[1] (may take some days).
4) Clone the NetBeans repository and perform the review yourself. See
[2] for instructions on the process (missing rat report things).
5) Submit this branch as a pull request with a commit message
[2ND-module-name] (for instance "[2ND-cloud.amazon]"). For instructions
see [2]
6) Await for a committer review. This may require modifications on your
branch, perform them, commit again and push to your repository (that'll
update the PR as well).
7) Merged! You've contributed to Apache NetBeans! Thank you!

we can't leak the new modules anyhow.
I would say we merge and start working on the modules in master/
As modules are ready we could start enabling them in cluster.properties

Comments, feedback, welcome, and feel free to start assigning modules to

Note: The 2nd donation will not necessarily be integrated in 9.0-next
(i.e., 9.1 or 10 depending on how we'll be versioning the next release
after 9.0), and thus far in our discussions we seem to be converging
around
a quarterly release, with the next one after 9.0 being towards the end
of
the year or beginning of next, though this is all open for discussion at
this point.
