I'm +1 with Bertrand's summary regarding community.

The only thing which pops up in my head is the trademark transfer. This will
become effective when NetBeans goes TLP.
And of course there is a xor lock with the domains.
So we should at least reach a state where Oracle also is happy and has a strong
trust that Apache NetBeans is/will be a success.
Which includes having reliable builds and a clear delivery strategy as far as I
understood from the feedback, right?

Probably we should go forward and extend Geertjans list of high-level topics
which more input from the community.
After that we can go through each of the bullet points and decide whether they
must be resolved before graduation or can be done a bit later as well?

LieGrue,
strub

PS I will also be able to spend at least as little time as right now to help if
questions arise after graduation (regardless whether I'm on the PMC or not).
