Well, Laszlo volunteered and was happy to take on the task -- Neil volunteered to shadow the release manager. He didn't volunteer to be the release manager, at all. :-) Let's not push him into a position he didn't volunteer for. Neil, do you want to be the release manager -- or should Laszlo do it with you shadowing him? It's up to you, since Laszlo is happy to do it.
