Looks OK apart from the indentation + need to add to nutch-default and explain
the motivations for this + that you lowercase the when deduplicating (but not
sending)
PS: could you wait a bit more than a couple of days before committing? I think
it's a good practice to have at least a +1 from another committer just to
double check
