This issue is well and truly of no relevance to current Nutch development.
parse-mp3, parse-rtf, and parse-msword have all been deprecated as per Nutch
1.3 official release.
I propose we close this issue as won't fix in an attempt to clean up the Major
issues section of the JIRA.
