Sertac TURKEL updated NUTCH-1748:

    Summary: Despite Unix systems accept files containing two 
dots.Urlfilter-validator rejects such path names.  (was: despite unix systems 
allow "abc..xyz.txt" kind of urls, url validator plugin rejects. )
