Patch to harmonize configuration and behaviour of parse-metatags and
index-metadata between 1.x and 2.x:
* 2.x now supports multi-valued metadata
* 2.x also uses comma-separated metatags in properties
* but 2.x still differs in (but these are probably improvements compared to
1.x):
** name of property index.metadata (instead of index.parse.md and
index.content.md)
** no prefix for metatags defined in index.metadata
