Patch with the following fixes:
* If the arg mimetypes is not given, accept/dump all types.
* If the segment dir argument is invalid, print an error message.
* Remove two unused variables.
* Improve the description of the mimetype arg.
* If there is an exception, print the stack trace to console.
These are all very small changes. I'm happy to split them into multiple
issues/patches, if desired.
