Starting with version
[0.9.19|https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/net.sourceforge.cssparser/cssparser/0.9.19]
the cssparser project uses the Apache 2.0 license. I'll try to provide a new
PR which upgrades the dependency and applies to recent master.
