The tool commoncrawldump depends on LGPL-licensed libs to create WARC files.
The LGPL license is not compatible with the Apache license (aka. [category
x|https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-x]), the jars cannot be
distributed together with Nutch (see
[1|https://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#prohibited]).
